Normal is an illusion

Normal is an illusion

Normal is an illusion; I get yelled at about this. What I have in my head as normal is bound to be stupid to someone else.

A friend of mine summed up the situation perfectly. She dresses in a kind of gothic style, which her father does not approve of.

Her dad: Why can’t you dress normally?
Her: So you want me walking around showing my butcrack and cleavage?
